Weekend whirl-

This past weekend was Edwin and I good friends Randy's birthday. Surprise birthday at that. We traveled to charleston to be apart of the festivities! It was a great time and glad we could be apart of your dirty- thirty celebrations old man! :)

On our way back home we stopped by Edwin's parents in St. Matthews to show off Edwin's new baby (truck) always great seeing them and- I most say I adore that place and watching the sunset is breath taking.

soooooo- my etsy addiction has started to become a little absurd. I blogged about it a few months back and it really has set in that i have gotten way to much recently. Here are my favorites-

It has begun!

It's officially wedding season coming up! So many friend getting married and having showers to prepare for them! So blessed to be apart of this special process for all of them!

This past weekend was Shannon's kitchen shower- it was at Nonnah's downtown and of course had some fantastic desert! Love you Shan! So happy for you and b!

Sick of being sick.

Around the world, it seems as a epidemic is starting, or has already started. Two two main virus's that are going around a flu like virus and a terrible stomach virus, both lasting up to two weeks.

I got sick about a month ago- and crossed my fingers that I was done for the season. Nope, woke up this morning feeling like death.


Skipped my first lab and ended up sucking it up and going for the rest of the day. But came home and passed out!

It was just that kind of day-

Let me tell you bout' my bestfriend-

This past weekend marked yet another big milestone, my best-friend since.. well forever turned 22. (its gonna be a lucky year) Erin and I have been through it all, Literally. Truly hard to find a loving person to lean on through most of your childhood & growing into adults. Erin has always been the rock for me, through boys, drama with friends and of course just growing up she was always the friend who gave me honest insight of what kind of person I truly was.

 

 

Highschool is when we grew really close, knowing that she always had a my back I knew that whatever happened I had Erin. If you went to highschool with us, you would know erin was the instigator of our friendship, if she told me I wouldnt do something.. sure enough a minute later you would see me doing it. HA. we were two peas in a pod.

 

After highschool we both stook around Columbia while most of our friends went off, which made us even closer. We had our normal struggles and which of course made us only stronger.


To celebrate her birthday we had happy hour on the roof top bar and then dinner at libertys. Went out and had a blast with a group of our friends. So glad we were able to celebrate and I look forward to number 23! :)

Month of {love}

It is offically February and the month of love. Typically my thought of "valentines" is you should love all year round, not just ONE month out of the year. BUT- i have come to a conclusion that this month can be where you show extra how much you love whomever, -{other half, friends,parents,siblings,children,animals}. It should not be sucluded to just your partner. I have chosen starting today to really express to all of those people that i love how truly much they mean to me. I am super excited about this month and the countdown has started <3
