baby toes.

This past weekend, we had NOTHING planned. shocker. We were excited to sleep in, stay in PJ's and by the fire and watch movies we have stacked up from Redbox.

Well Thursday my sister called and asked if we had anything planned and of course we jumped on that train. BRING ME ELI! eeeeeek.

She only has 3 more, well now 2 more weeks until she has to go back to work and so she is trying to get everything squared away for when she goes back. I can tell shes super sad about it. BUT- Eli was coming to stay the night and we couldn't wait! He has grown so much since the last time we saw him (which wasn't that long ago). I believe he is finally up to 9 pounds. so precious.

They got here Saturday around lunch time and we loved and loved on that baby. As a tradition, and I think Candace is craving it even more since she couldn't have it while prego with E we went to our favorite sushi joint and ate SO much. Edwin and I are ALWAYS up for some sushi. yum yum.

Sunday, after church- Edwin and I cooked for the family and his parents came over to see Eli for this first time. It was so precious to see Papa Rick's face when he got to hold little Eli. He loves to start talking about when Edwin was little and everything they would do together. ah. makes me  heart so happy.

Edwin loves to hog eli, so i was snapping pictures and he gave me this ADORABLE smile.

hes so handsome!
The time we all spend together is so precious. I love that our family is so close and I couldnt ask for anything more. Here are some of Eli's Newborns - couldnt get much more sweet.

I am one PROUD aunt!
